The “Doodle”
- “Doodles” will be sent weekly on Mondays containing a link to submit your availability for the following week. This link can be used to modify your status until ballots are submitted.
- Submit your availability by Thursday to be included on ballots.
- The Commissioner will submit ballots in GGGolf for Mens Night (Wednesdays), Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holiday Mondays. Other days are in the doodle for reference and tee times can be completed by whomever.
Reminder: If you mark yourself as available in the Doodle, ensure you are not already on another ballot those days. When this happens, it creates alot of unnecessary effort to reorganize the groups.
No shows are not an option. If circumstances changes and you can no longer play, notify the group and help find a suitable replacement. Do not remove yourself and leave the group in a threesome.
To email everyone in the group, send an email to “doodle at beaversgolf dot ca”. Do not reply to a weekly doodle email as this does not go to anyone.
There’s always an attempt to make foursomes with competitive matches and different players. It is not always possible so you may end up on a ballot without a foursome. This scenario will be obvious when the ballot notification email is sent, please make arrangements accordingly.
